This Greek-style savoury Mixed Herb Seasoning Rub was designed for Lamb Spits, and all Souvlaki Skewer Meats cooked over charcoal, and Gyros sliced stacked meats on a vertical or horizontal BBQ Spit Rotisserie, but is also great on BBQ or Oven Roasted Chicken and Turkey.

Sprinkle on a Greek Salad, Tabouleh, or on a Potato with Sour Cream. Shake it on Fish for a tasty herbal flavour.
