Budget Stockfeeds and Outdoor is committed to providing high-quality products and services to our valued customers. We understand that there may be times when you need to return a product or request a refund. We strive to make this process as easy and hassle-free as possible.

Our Returns and Refunds Policy is in compliance with Australian Consumer Law and outlines your rights as a customer and our obligations as a business.

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind about a product you have purchased from us, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase, provided that the product is:

  • In its original condition, unopened, and unused
  • accompanied by proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice

Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items or custom-made products.

Faulty or Defective Products

If you have received a faulty or defective product, we will provide a refund, exchange, or repair in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. You may also be entitled to a refund if the product does not perform as advertised or if it is not of acceptable quality.

Please contact us within a reasonable time from when the fault or defect became apparent to arrange a return or exchange. We may require you to provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice.

Consumer Guarantees

Our products come with consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law. These guarantees cannot be excluded and are in addition to any warranty provided by the manufacturer.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
